Cmacewheel Bike RX20 Max Review

That's what my feelings of the dual motor electric bike- cmacewheel rx20 max.

-e bike dual motor writing from Janko Cajhen

Hello, everyone. I am very well, thanks! and a great weekend is behind me.

Indeed, the parcel(with RX20 MAX) was delivered to me on Friday in perfect condition, very well packed!– in two days from Poland; great, congratulations!

I assembled the bike, it’s well equipped, build together was very easy. There isn’t much assembly required and from what I can see everything is well put together and no rusting screws or nuts on it yet. And I did a first test ride on Friday evening – cycling around Ljubljana downtown( in the Republic of Slovenia).

My first impression of the bike is GREAT, it’s exactly what I was looking for! Magnificent dual motor bike! very comfortable riding. The riding pleasure is brilliant: it pulls up slopes well, it is suitable for off-road use, and if no more, you can get off and let the bike ride alongside, ideal thanks to the throttle grip.

Double suspensions, very comfortable saddle plus fat tires is working great, double engines provide excellent power during accelerations. Great in the hills with both engines. An extra battery would be ideal if you want to run on both engines for a longer period of time (it is not necessary to use both engines in flat terrain).

Brakes are OK but will be great with a hydraulic oil brake upgrade. The position on the bike is very stable and ergonomic.

Today I took the bike with me (it’s easy to demount it and put it in the car!) on the countryside trip. I plan to ride it around the lake, but I finished on the 1100 m hill near the lake and did a 600m climb on a snowy macadam road. On the hill, I found a snowy field and did a snow ride test.

See the pictures and video (snow ride..) from today’s trip: https://1drv.ms/f/s!Aqe3HxGfq0wwg4swOgSWYKf9MVohjA

Both hub motors provide more torque, wide tires can access more trails, Using the two motorbikes to access snowy trails has been so much fun!

So, to conclude – I have a feeling that I got the bike that will fulfill all my needs as a city bike as well as I would use it also on easy weekend trips. A dual motor e-bike can handle hills and with fat tires have the ability to ride in sand & snow! Also, dual power e-bike came with way more features than I’ve seen from name brands at higher prices, like the phone holder (with USB charger), basket, a tool kit for repairs, Plus the incredible left and right turning light on the back.

buy one for me

Looking forward to getting hydraulic oil breaks. Oil brake will be better operating when climbing&down hills– Videos(assemble video) are great, obviously no problem to do this upgrade.

Most likely I will purchase in short, another battery for the bike.

I’d also like to purchase two more chargers- to have spare to have it in a different location.

And is it possible to purchase one piece of the saddle? – it’s so comfortable that I would like to use another one on my other MTB bike.

Please instruct me on how to order the above parts.

And, above all, thank you for your great and professional support! your speed and efficiency in follow-ups!

My front hub motor is not working. So I am trying to diagnose the fault for weeks not. The factory support is totally incompetent.
Maybe it’s a nice bike, but the factory is only an assembly shop, with no knowledge:
    ——

But before I spend any money can you please advise:
    1. What’s the voltage value coming from the switch on/off
    2. What’s the resistance value at the controller inlet from the switch?
    4. What’s the value at the Controller outlet going to the front engine?
    5. What are the voltage values on the battery, each contact?

    ——
    6. Also? If I wish to remove the front wheel with the motor and install a simple, no/motor wheel, what’s the cost for a full Rim ? Can I simply transfer the Rubber tire and the Hydraulic Brakes?

    Thank you.

    And the Cmacewheel answer:

    Our technician told,
Rear light, front light, pedal, throttle, they are 5v.
Others no voltage by itself, how much battery offer, it will be how much.

Yes. Only Back Motor works, normally. Only 95km run so far!!!
May I know your bike front wheel not start details.
Front motor does not activate at all. In any way. It worked OK for the first 50km.
When it doesn’t work, suddenly or something else before it happens.
NO. Not showing any error codes. If I go into the software, where can I find that, if nothing shows errors on display?
Does it has error code on display ?
I checked the Front cable, it’s ok, does not appear damaged in any way.
And please check front motor’s cable if broken or not, especially under the fork.
Where do I unplug it? If you want to restart, why not Reboot.
Unplug the cable and plug it again.
When I press the button supposed to switch ON the front engine, what I get is Cruise Control On/Off. that’s it.
If there is some other functions, please tell, too. Like light, horn, turn light.
All other buttons and functions work perfectly.
The charged battery read 54Volt. Can I have a drawing on where to measure the battery voltages and what should be the Full Charge values?
Finally, what’s the solution if you can’t fix this issue remotely?
    Thank you,
